The E-Commerce Manager will be a full-time hire, you will be set up for massive success and given key fundamental resources to support your growth in building and managing large E-Commerce Channel Partner Accounts.

This role is entrepreneurially focused, meaning seeking out answers and being resourceful, thinking outside of traditional norms and managing/overseeing multiple areas of the account including but not limited to

  • Identifying and Building New Partnerships
  • Relationship Management
  • Compiling shipments and overseeing orders are correctly filled by the in-house logistics/warehousing team and 3rd party fulfillment providers
  • Data Analysis (a basic level of understanding is a requirement)
  • Understanding operational flow, structure and nuances of running an E-Commerce business
  • Generating and Organizing Systematic processes, some of which to be delegated (or automated) overtime to new and existing team members who will support your business segment allowing you to focus on the overall picture and more critical requirements

Experience with E-commerce and exposure to product portfolios with dozens or hundreds of different skus is highly desirable.

Experience:

E-commerce Experience is required

Account management/relationship management experience is required

Ability to teach and delegate to others is required

High level of organization, process oriented and strong attention to detail is essential

College/University is a plus

Online, Search Engine and Social Media/Influencer Marketing is a PLUS.
