Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our technology initiatives. This role will work closely with executive leadership to scale the company’s technology infrastructure, internal systems, and automation capabilities.

The CTO will play a critical role in designing scalable systems, improving operational efficiency through technology, and building the technical foundation required to support continued company growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable shaping long-term technology strategy and working hands-on with systems and automation.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s technology strategy while ensuring internal systems support operational scalability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and execute the long-term technology strategy of the organization
• Lead the development and implementation of internal systems and infrastructure
• Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and improve efficiency
• Oversee system architecture, integrations, and internal platforms
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of all technology systems
• Lead data and reporting infrastructure to support business decision making
• Evaluate and implement technologies that improve operational performance
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with company growth goals
• Build and lead technical teams as the company continues to scale
• Manage vendor relationships, system integrations, and external technology partners

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience leading technology strategy or engineering teams
• Strong background in systems architecture, automation, and scalable infrastructure
• Experience implementing internal business systems and integrations
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
• Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is an asset
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
